President
Premium West’s President, Mark Deetjen, previously owned and operated a full-service construction company and multiple subcontracting trade companies in the Chicagoland market. His businesses serviced numerous high-rise buildings in downtown Chicago, along with industrial, retail, medical, hospitality establishments, and multi-family properties.
Following his family, who relocated to San Diego, he has developed Premium West as a model of his past successes—bringing the same dedication, expertise, and high standards to build a lasting legacy in his new community.

Premium West Service (PWS) is a multidisciplinary service division, backed by the established parent company Premium West Inc. The company was founded in Chicago, IL with roots dating back to 1993 and operations in San Diego since 2019. Our team brings decades of expertise across multiple trades, including general contracting, structural concrete, and electrical.
Recognizing the growing demand for ongoing maintenance and improvement in existing properties, we have expanded into a fully integrated service division. This allows us to provide comprehensive, long-term solutions that keep buildings operating efficiently while adapting to the evolving needs of property owners and managers.

JUSTIN SILVER
Service Director
Justin Silver is the Service Director at Premium West Service, primarily focused on estimating all projects and overseeing the company’s technicians and field operations. With over two decades of experience in the electrical contracting industry, Mr. Silver has a comprehensive background encompassing hands-on technical expertise and executive leadership. He began his career as a Journeyman Electrician with Escondido Electric Inc., a company established in 1985, before acquiring the business in 2003. As the former President and Operations Manager of Escondido Electric Inc., he successfully led the company through growth and expansion, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Outside of his professional endeavors, he played semi-professional ice hockey with the San Diego Gulls after competing at an elite level for over 10 years. A native of San Diego, he is deeply committed to the construction industry and the local community.
COLIN KREIK
Vice President
Colin Kreik serves as the Vice President of the Service Division at Premium West Service, bringing 13 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Kreik has been involved in large-scale institutional projects, developing a deep understanding of complex building systems and project needs.
As the division lead, Mr. Kreik oversees all operations, business development, and client relations, ensuring that Premium West Service delivers reliable, high-quality results tailored to each property’s needs. His hands-on approach and strategic vision drives the division’s growth, expanding its capabilities to provide comprehensive maintenance, renovations, and upgrades for commercial and residential properties.
